Thirty years ago today I became a Dad! Now throughout my lifetime I have done many exciting things, traveled to amazing places, seen spectacular events. However, I can honestly say nothing, absolutely nothing compares to the joy there is in being a Dad.
It is often thought that in having a child, or children that you will raise them and teach them in all the ways of the world. Whereas there is some truth to this, I am the most fortunate to have been taught the purpose and value of love and patience, the value of the moment, and seeing the goodness in all because of my Son.
So on this very special of days I wish the most heartfelt Happy Birthday to my Son Joshua! You are the gift! I am so proud of you and love you so much!
